Of course, apart from your home, we are coming to wherever you are — be it a hotel or even an office! Simply book your appointment and leave us a note to inform us of your exact location.
To avoid the late cancellation fee, remember to cancel your appointment no less than 12 hours prior. However, if you cancel your appointment in less than 12 hours, a cancellation fee based on 50% of the treatment will be charged.
During the visit, you may opt for different treatment from the one you booked. Do let our manicurists know and check if there will be any price difference. For amendments before appointment, do feel free to drop us a message on WhatsApp to inform us.
If your total treatment exceeds $150 and your location is around central, there will be no transportation fee! If it is below $150, the transport fee will be determined based on your location as follows:
East — $25
West — $45
North-east — $30
North — $40
Sentosa — $55
Payments can be made via PayNow or GrabPay.
Yes! We can deport more than one manicurist for your appointment, however, we will strictly adhere to the latest government's regulations — max 2 visitors per household.
For outcall services, the minimum spend would be S$150!
Yes, to confirm your appointment, please make a full payment! For the cancellation of your appointment, the payment made will be forfeited. However, you may reschedule your appointment no shorter than 72 hours before.
Fret not! We will credit the remaining amount to your account, and you can utilize it for your next outcall service or even in-store. However, there will be strictly no cash refunds.
